'Holy Mountain' (1973) is an epic hallucination filled with weirdness and wonder. The story centres on a thief who joins a group of people who plan to storm The Holy Mountain and steal the secret of eternal life... Fenix (Adan Jodorowsky/Axel Jodorowsky) witnesses his father cutting off the arms of his mother Concha (Blanca Guerra) before killing himself and he spends years afterwards in an asylum. When he escapes, his hands become his mother's hands and he begins murdering women.
