Nu blåser vi snuten I & II, Cannonball Run I & II och Ingen blåser Hooper... Burt Reynolds och regissören Hal Needham stod bakom alla de största bilåkarkomedierna, vilka resulterade i att Reynolds rankades som nr. 1 på biografägarnas lista över USAs största kassakor - i fem år i rad!<br/><br/>För Stroker Ace tog de hjälp av Polisskolans skapare, Hugh Wilson, för att försäkra sig om ett galet roligt manus. Reynolds spelar racermästaren Ace som spenderar lite väl mycket pengar på brudar och booze och därför nappar på ett fett sponsoravtal för en kycklingjätte. Men tyvärr missar han att läsa det finstilta, där han förbinder sig att bära kycklingdräkt och förse sin Ford Thunderbird med texten "Fastest Chicken in the South". Hans medtävlare kiknar av skratt, men för Ace gäller det att använda alla schyssta (och oschyssta!) tricks för att slippa från hönseriet...
