The film follows a theatre director as he gathers a group of performers to join him and his wife in a remote cabin in the mountains of southern France, in an attempt to save his marriage. Dan (Bob Goody) is suffering professional and personal crises in his later life and attempts a new creative venture by taking a group of actors, along with his wife Lydia (Anna Mottram), to an isolated part of France to re-enact scenes from his troubled marriage.
