Along the way he teams up with forger Dakota Lil (Marie Windsor) and her associate Vincent (John Emery). Horn understands that saloon owner Harve Logan (Cameron) is connected to the gang, but isn't aware that the ruthless Harve is actually their leader - and capable of convincing Dakota to switch sides and use her forging skills for the gang's benefit.
