Rush har på "Clockwork angels" återigen samarbetat med producenten Nick Raskulinecz som var med och producerade "Snakes & Arrows". Skivan bygger till en del på science fiction författaren Kevin J. Andersons Clockwork Angels.<br/><br/>"In a young man's quest to follow his dreams, he is caught between the grandiose forces of order and chaos. He travels across a lavish and colorful world of steampunk and alchemy, with lost cities, pirates, anarchists, exotic carnivals, and a rigid Watchmaker who imposes precision on every aspect of daily life."

During his early musical start in Canada as a teenager, through a move to California in the mid-Sixties to today, six solid decades later, there has only been an unending drive to write songs that are written directly from the soul and performed with pure passion. He is someone who looks within and reflects all he sees and feels. Historien om Lasse Stefanz började i ett hönshus i Gärds Köpinge i utkanten av Kristianstad. Där tog bandet sina första stapplanade steg, och där ägde de första repetitionerna rum. <br/> <br/>Året var 1967 och drömmarna om ett liv som musiker väcktes till liv. 50 år senare är Lasse Stefanz ett av Sveriges största band och det firar man bl a med en jubileumsföreställning på ett utsålt Kristianstad Arena, bara några kilometer ifrån hönshustet där allt hade sin begynnelse.<br/> <br/>I samband med 50-årsfirandet har Lasse Stefanz även spelat in några av sina största låtar i nya versioner och som speglar Lasse Stefanz årgång 2017. <br/> <br/>Låtar som får nytt liv på "50th Anniversary (1967-2017)" är bl a "De sista ljuva åren", "I ett fotoalbum", "Världens lyckligaste par", "Emelie". Totalt innehåller albumet 16 låtar, de allra flesta nyinspelade, men även ett par favoriter från förr.<br/><br/><p class="fjl-5"></p><br/>Från 1967 till 2017 och från hönshuset i Gärds Köpinge utanför Kristianstad till de stora scenerna runt om i Norden. Ja det kallar jag en resa det, som Hans Alfredsson sa en gång. På denna latta finns ett urval av alla hitsen. I nyinspelningar, nästan allt. Det är ett gott urval och allt låter fräscht<br/>och 2017. En riktigt intressant platta bland alla de med LS som släppts genom åren. Här finns Vid en liten fiskehamn, Oh Julie, Oklahoma, Huaröd och en fin nyinspelning av I ett fotoalbum av Lars E Carlsson/Hans Sidén. Här finns också Emelie, den rockabillysvängiga Sara Solsken, en förträfflig nyinspelning av Please remember me och en nära och behaglig variant av De sista juva åren, med enbart Olle Jönsson vilket inte är illa det heller. Dessutom hittar vi på denna skiva Mikael Wiehes fyndiga Leva tills jag dör och en gospelhärlig version av Det regnar och regnar<br/>samt befriande sväng i Soul shake med Olle och Monia Sjöström. Jethro Tull 'Under Wraps: The Unwrapped Edition' brings together two of Ian Anderson's most ambitious and fearless albums - 1984's 'Under Wraps', a Jethro Tull album, and his debut solo album 'Walk Into The Light' released in 1983.<br/><br/>These two albums hold significant importance in Ian Anderson's vast body of work, marking a notable shift from Jethro Tull's established sound. Already recognised as one of his generation's most innovative songwriters, Anderson embraced cutting edge technology, integrating synthesizers and drum machines. This was a considerable move away from the band's traditional folk roots and illustrated their ability to adapt to the evolving musical landscape.<br/><br/>This comprehensive 5CD & Blu-Ray set has been overseen by Ian Anderson and includes both original albums extensively remixed twice by Bruce Soord - '2026 Drums' and 'Original Drums' remixes. These discs also include associated recordings from that period. The fifth CD is a live recording from a BBC Radio 1 concert at The Hammersmith Odeon in 1984 and the Blu-Ray contains stereo and DOLBY ATMOS mixes, along with promo videos from the era. The set comes complete with a 100-page book offering an extensive article on the making of the records.
