Rainbow Blon

Born in NYC, taught worldwide, Grammy nominated singer, songwriter and producer Taali is an electric musical force and community builder. Her debut album "I Am Here," described as "a beguiling mix of layered vocals, chamber pop, avant-electronica, and quiet storm," addresses identity, love and overcoming trauma.

No Beginning No End 2 is José James’ star-studded return to the sound that made him an international sensation. Featuring Aloe Blacc, Ledisi, Laura Mvula, Lizz Wright and Christian Scott aTunde Adjuah, NBNE2 is a perfect blend of R&B, hip-hop, neo-soul and jazz. For this followup to his critically-acclaimed Blue Note debut, James chose to focus on infectious grooves and strong songwriting drawing from touchstone albums such as Prince’s Purple Rain and Michael Jackson’s Off The Wall.

Combining the jazz-crooner elegance of Frank Sinatra and Nat "King" Cole with the sophistication of Stevie Wonder and Donny Hathaway, Merry Christmas From Jose James raises the bar for the contemporary Christmas album. Covering 10 songs - including two originals by James and his Grammy nominated songwriter partner Talia Billig - James breathes new life into much-loved holiday classics such as "The Christmas Song," "White Christmas" and "Let it Snow." Also included is a joyful rendition of John Coltrane's "My Favorite Things."

Jose James - the forward-looking, genre-defying Jazz singer for the hip-hop generation - has done it again. "1978" (his 12th studio album since 2008's "The Dreamer'') announces an instant classic, combining James' deep love of jazz and hip-hop with songwriting and production nods to R&B heroes Quincy Jones, Michael Jackson and Leon Ware. Produced by James and featuring an all-star ensemble, "1978" pulsates with the socially conscious feel-good vibes of Marvin Gaye, Prince and Stevie Wonder.

Building off of her recent Grammy nomination, Taali returns with a stunning 13-track set that draws immediate comparisons to like-minded heroes Regina Spektor, Beck and Sufjan Stevens. Written, produced & performed by Taali between NY, LA, Amsterdam & Sfinari, "taali" is a deeply resonant exploration of friendship, love, loss & ultimately triumph. Studio musicians include Grammy Award winning bassist Ben Williams & indie rock drummer Dustin Kaufman + a chamber string quartet arranged by Taali.
