With his band The Chrome Hearts, he continues this expressive excursion recorded in Europe, U.K., U.S. and Canada during The Love Earth Tour 2025.<br/><br/>The music on their new live album - as time explodes, one which captures all of the abilities they've found playing together and responding to the songs and each other. <br/><br/>as time explodes explores the history of Young's songs from his entire catalog. It's a journey through time in the modern age. And by freeing themselves from the past, they can perform some of the most exciting songs of a storied history, always showing how the present sounds, redefining the past and presenting it in the here and now.<br/><br/>The songs featured on as time explodes are timeless and powerful, never more so than in a live, concert setting. The 1995 analog recording Mirror Ball was recorded in Seattle with producer Brendan O'Brien and features Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder, Stone Gossard, Mike McCready, Jeff Ament and Jack Irons as Neil's backing band. Mirror Ball includes "Throw Your Hatred Down" and "I'm the Ocean."

Eldorado is an EP originally released only in Japan and Australia by Neil Young backed by The Restless, which consisted of Chad Cromwell and Rick Rosas.<br/>It contains different mixes of three songs that subsequently appeared on Young's 1989 album Freedom, "Don't Cry," "On Broadway," and "Eldorado," and two tracks not available on any other recording, "Cocaine Eyes" and "Heavy Love."<br/>The "Don't Cry" track on Eldorado is longer than the later version published on Freedom, for which some of the more free-form guitar work was edited out (at the insistence of co-producers Niko Bolas and Frank Sampedro).
