When Count Dracula (Duncan Regehr), Frankenstein's Monster, the Wolf-Man, Gill-Man and the Mummy arrive in a small town, seeking an amulet which will enable them to take advantage of a rare confluence of evil, the local kids must save the day. A homage to, and spoof of, the classic horror genre.
