Winter has arrived with faeries and...pranks? It's the first winter that Rags has ever had to survive as the [Chieftain] of a tribe. It might be her last, if she's not careful. Liscor seems a lot smaller once you've learned about the world. Rags is realizing her tribe might not have a place in the Floodplains anymore. With new dangers threatening her people, she needs to find a place where Goblins can thrive. Surely, there's somewhere like that out there. Having survived her first season in Liscor, Erin Solstice is faced with a unique new challenge: Winter Sprites, who are capricious and unpredictable, as well as cleaning up after the latest disaster to strike her inn. However, she's no longer alone. Earthers have begun appearing all over the world, and this synchronicity is leading to world powers taking note of these strange intrusions into their lands. But that also means meeting friends whom Erin can rely on, right? It's time for a new path forwards for everyone. The winter is cold, but for a lost runner, there's always an inn with an open door, if Ryoka just has the courage to knock.

There's nothing quite like running barefoot in the snow, is there? It's a fine line with Ryoka Griffin, and she likes staying active, even if it means running across Izril while being hounded by the frost - and Frost Faeries? The little pests seem determined to follow Ryoka about and torment her, and it doesn't help that Ryoka is on the delivery of a lifetime. Caught up in the machinations of powerful immortals, Ryoka is running further than she ever has before, into danger and the unknown. At least she has somewhere to return to - if she makes it back. Back in Liscor, Erin's inn is doing better than ever! She's coming up with new concepts from home nonstop, and she'd be doing even better if people would stop stealing her ideas! Erin's not the only one trying to make something new - the Horns of Hammerad are attempting to rebuild from nothing. They might be needed soon enough. Rumors of a Goblin Lord are arising in the south of Izril, and everyone from the Flooded Waters tribe to the inn might be tested. It's time to level and prepare for a grander game than before.
